Volunteer Engagement

Become a citizen scientist and help plant and monitor pocket forests in your community. Contribute just 2 hours per month supporting plantings, collecting data, recording observations, or providing basic care like watering and weeding.

Volunteer Resources

Before you sign up

  • plan for 30-60 minutes on site

  • pick an arrival time (staggered every 15 minutes)

  • register on behalf of up to 4 people per arrival time (one person can register on behalf of all 4 people)
