Course Policies

Participant cancellation policy:
Beyond21 Academy will issue a 100% refund for participant cancellation more than 30 days from first day of course, 50% refund with cancellation more than 15 days but less than 30 days from the first day of the course, and no refund will be issue for cancellation within 15 days of the first day of the course. Cancellation notice must be provided by email to nicole@beyond21.world


Course cancellation policy:
Beyond21 Academy may cancel or postpone a course at its discretion. In the event that a course is cancelled or postponed, Beyond21 Academy will provide a full refund of any payments by the participant to Beyond21 Academy specific to the course being cancelled or postponed. Beyond21 Academy is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants in travel, cancellation costs/penalties to other service providers, loss of income, or any other financial impact associated with the cancellation.


Cancellation policy due to safety, increment conditions, or regulatory restrictions:
Beyond21 Academy may cancel or postpone a course due to safety concerns, increment conditions (including weather condition) at a location, or due to regulatory changes that prohibit the delivery of a course as intended (eg. COVID-19 in-person gathering limitations). In the event that a course is cancelled or postponed with partial completion for any reason, Beyond21 Academy will provide a partial refund specific to the conditions and/or offer an alternative option for course completion. Beyond21 Academy is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants in travel, cancellation costs/penalties to other service providers, loss of income, or any other financial impact associated with such cancellation.


Course modification policy:
Beyond21 Academy reserves the right to adjust the course timing, delivery, instructional team, accommodations, and activities associated with the course such that it does not affect the ability of participants to achieve the course learning objectives and any associated credentials. Such changes may occur as a result of increment weather, safety concerns, illness, regulatory restriction (eg. COVID-19), etc.
