Our mission is to support the transition to a circular, net-zero world through professional training and experiential, impact-focused learning.

Professional Development for a Circular, Net-Zero World

We aim to achieve this by empowering working professionals with the practical knowledge, skills, and tools to implement solutions within their organizations. Working with our community of practitioners and delivery partners to ensure alignment with the needs of our learners in subject matter, learning format, and time commitment.

Climate Action through Experiential, Impact-Focused Learning

We create opportunities for our broader community of learners – including youth, students, and professionals – to leave a positive environmental impact through experiential, impact-focused learning. Immersive, in-person experiences allow our learners to obtain valuable skills while taking meaningful climate action.

Democratizing Sustainability Education

As a not-for-profit organization, our goal is to deliver the highest quality of professional development and experiential, impact-focused training at the lowest cost to learners. With support from sponsors, delivery partners, and volunteers, most of our courses are significantly subsidized. Scholarships are also available to students, new Canadians, unemployed or underemployed individuals who do not have the financials means to participate.
